We are looking to add a full time receptionist to our growing practice.
Duties include front desk greeting and check-in, helping our clients throughout their visit, assisting doctors with appointments/exam rooms, managing medical records, answering a multi-line phone system, entering veterinary charges, collecting payment, cleaning, walking boarding animals, working weekends, and various other tasks to help our clinic run smoothly. Full time schedule includes every other Saturday (8:00am-2pm) and Sunday once every 3 weeks AM and PM kennel shifts , Weekdays (7:00am-6:00pm and 7:00am- 3:30pm).

Because this position requires considerable knowledge of veterinary medicine, specifically for handling client questions and accurately billing medical services, we're looking for someone with the desire to learn more about our hospital and the veterinary medical field. Veterinary experience strongly preferred. We are looking for applicants who are:
