Curo Pet Care is seeking a full-time Hospital Administrator for the Portland metro area.
Consider your career goals as a hospital administrator, as well as what led you to veterinary medicine. If your goals include managing a well-established AAHA small animal hospital with excellent veterinarians, a dedicated support staff, entire hospital suite of new equipment, and exceptional top-line growth, then this is the job for you.
Our practice has all the right ingredients with one exception, an experienced, dedicated leader in the hospital administrator position. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills for dealing with day to day operations, HR skills, an understanding of inventory management, and experience with Quickbooks. In addition, we believe in a collaborative effort regarding strategic planning and financial management. The right Hospital Administrator will have the opportunity to share in the success of their efforts through potential buy-in.
Compassion for clients and their pets and stellar customer service are crucial attributes, as well as a clear understanding that teamwork really does make the dream work. Our Hospital Administrator will be a leader in all aspects of his or her interaction with other staff members, and we need someone who leads by example, rather than just words.
In order to attract the right applicant, we are offering the following benefits:
Personal pet care discount
Vacation and paid holidays
We are family friendly, and believe a practice can have the best equipment, goals, and facility but it's the team that creates greatness.
The Portland metropolitan area boasts a vast array of activities, scenic landscapes, and unique and historic attractions: Mount St. Helens, the Columbia River Gorge, the meandering Pacific Coast, and the many tastes and smells of a thriving food and wine scene.
Curo Pet Care is a family-owned veterinary services company.
We are based in San Francisco with operations in the Bay Area, Pacific Northwest, and Rocky Mountains. We collaborate with entrepreneurial DVMs, Practice Managers and other leaders in the veterinary industry to build and operate best-in-class small animal hospitals.
Our goal is to be the go-to partner for hospital owners, empowering them to provide the best-in-class service and care to their clients and patients.
