  • The Company shall be responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, completeness and removal of any employment requirements that are placed on the Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine system.

  • The Company shall take sole responsibility to assure that the content of its advertising is true and accurate and conforms to all applicable laws, standards and regulations and the Company represents and warrants to Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine that it has all necessary authorization for the placement of the entire content of its advertising within the site. Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine may however decline any advertising or discontinue further publication of any advertising, at any time and for any reason, and shall not be liable in any manner as a result of such action, except to refund a prorated portion of any unused prepaid subscription.
  • Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine's liability for any claims of any nature whatsoever arising under this agreement or otherwise, shall be limited to the money paid to Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine by company for the specific service giving rise to such liability. This limitation of liability is cumulative and not per incident. In no event shall Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost or damaged data, or any indirect damages, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine has been informed of the possibility thereof.
  • Advertisements submitted by the Company must be in compliance with all applicable equal employment opportunity laws including the anti-discrimination provision of the Immigration and Naturalization Act.   • Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine shall, under no circumstances, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages that may result from the use of this site, including, without limitation, use or reliance upon any information contained on this site, interruptions, errors, defects, omissions non-delivery of information, disclosure of communications or any other failure of performance of any kind.
