PACKS is Vetco Total Care by Petco's early-career mentorship program! Join our general-practice hospital team as an Associate Veterinarian, where you can build advanced clinical, surgical, and technical expertise, strengthen your leadership and business skills, and gain access to career guidance and wellbeing resources to support your career.  

PACKS is NOT a one-size-fits-all virtual mentorship program or a six-week bootcamp, but a personalized experience where you can partner directly with a mentor-doctor to co-create a development plan tailored to your individual goals, interests, and career aspirations.

In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, our PACKS mentees receive:

• Annual $3500 CE Stipend plus an Education Spending Fund (for eligible hands-on practical learning)
• MentorVet Leap Subscription (paid enrollment + access to a virtual coach, CE, skills training & wellbeing resources)
• Access to Veterinary Resources (FREE subscriptions to VIN, Plumb's & VetGirl)
