Opened in 2025, our practice has already built a reputation for excellence through advanced diagnostics, Fear Free care, and deep roots in local rescue and outreach. This is not a corporate clinic and not a slow, cookie-cutter GP. Our South Florida hospital practices high-quality, thorough medicine in a GP, urgent care, and ER setting with an established and loyal clientele. We’re looking for a veterinarian who’s ready to step in, make an impact, and help shape the future of a growing practice.

-Advanced, in-house diagnostics and technology including digital and dental radiography, ultrasound and CT access, IDEXX CBC/Chem and urinalysis, IDEXX inVue Dx Cellular Analyzer, hyperbaric oxygen treatment, cold and surgical laser, electrocautery, ophthalmoscopes and otoscopes in every exam room, and CoVet (AI scribe assistant).
-Fear Free Certified hospital and feline-friendly certified leadership.
-A highly skilled, technician-driven team with a 2–3:1 support staff to DVM ratio, where cross-trained technicians stay with the client and patient throughout the visit, allowing you to focus on medicine rather than task juggling.
Compensation and Benefits
-Prosalof $115,000 - $160,000 paid on 20% production,no negative accrual
