Description

We are seeking a small animal veterinarian for either a full or part time position for a veterinary clinic with two locations that are 20 minutes apart.  Full time position would be approximately 35-40 hours per week while a part time position in our organization would be less than 35 hours per week.  Our typical work week for full time is 4 week days taking appointments 8 am to 5:30 pm, with a 2 hour lunch and then working 2 Saturdays per month from 8 am to noon. We offer flexible work schedules to balance family life and work life.  Our practice is very family oriented, most staff have children and understand the struggles of juggling a veterinary career. We schedule 30 minute appointments for wellness visits and 45 minute appointments for sick visits.  Our technical staff is very knowledgeable and have on average been with the organization for over 8 years. Requirements

Veterinarians will need their Iowa Veterinary License, DEA License, and Iowa Pharmacy License. Previous experience is recommended but we will mentor and train new veterinarians as well.
