At North Kenilworth Veterinary Care, we’re searching for a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our growing clinic in the heart of Phoenix. As our second doctor, you’ll enjoy genuine autonomy, strong collaboration, and the chance to make a lasting impact in your community.
About Us
Tucked between Phoenix’s historic Willo District and the vibrant downtown scene, our cozy 1,400 sq ft hospital offers a friendly, small-practice atmosphere with the support of modern technology and skilled teammates.
We’re a tight-knit, low-turnover team that truly values respect, teamwork, and open communication. With two Certified Veterinary Technicians and a culture of collaboration, we make sure both our clients and our staff feel seen, supported, and appreciated.
What We Offer
- Competitive Compensation: Base salary between $140,000–$180,000, plus monthly production bonuses (no negative accrual).
- Sign-On Bonus: A warm welcome with a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
- Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance with company HSA contribution, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, CE allowance ($2,500 for full-time DVMs), license and membership reimbursement, and uniform allowance.
