- VCA Lakewood Animal Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our friendly and dedicated team in the vibrant community of Lakewood, Ohio—just seven miles west of downtown Cleveland along the beautiful shores of Lake Erie.

- Full in-house laboratory with access to Antech reference lab
- Digital and dental radiography
- Ultrasound and therapeutic laser

Our doctors enjoy practicing individualized medicine while collaborating closely with colleagues to share knowledge and expertise. We also have strong referral relationships with local emergency and specialty hospitals, ensuring our patients receive the best comprehensive care possible.
Schedule
- Full-time schedule with flexibility to support work-life balance
- Typical shifts: Monday–Friday daytime hours, plus rotating Saturdays
- No on-call or overnight responsibilities
- We value personal time and encourage a healthy balance between career and life outside the clinic

- Broad mix of small animal cases including wellness, surgery, dentistry, dermatology, and internal medicine

Compensation
- Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials. The salary range listed is based on a 40-hour work week.
- This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.

Qualifications
- A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent
- Licensure in good standing to practice in (OH), or the ability to obtain
- A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
