We are a privately owned, 2.5 doctor, AAHA accredited practice looking to add another full or part time associate to our crew.  Future ownership potential available.  We have a new building (since 2021) with 6 fully stocked exam rooms, large treatment area, kennel room, a cat only kennel room, dedicated isolation room, surgical suite, and a dental suite. We strive for gold standard care with Shepherd practice management software, ScribbleVet (AI driven SOAP Dictation Software), expansive Idexx in-house laboratory with a ProCyte, three Catalyst analyzers, Sedivue, and Invue, Idexx digital radiographs, digital dental radiographs, newly updated ultrasound, and extensive Cubex pharmacy.  We believe you should only have to worry about medicine, so we do not offer boarding, day care, or grooming services, and you will have plenty of support with a 3:1 technician to doctor ratio. There are no on-call hours and there is a local ER open overnight and on weekends. Speaking of weekends, we rotate Saturdays, so you only work 1 weekend a month on average. We believe in being a fun, cohesive team, so we schedule exciting team activities away from the clinic! Recent examples include the Shedd Aquarium and Natural History Museum in Chicago and House on the Rock. Bettendorf is in the greater Quad Cities area (home to ~500,000 people) on the banks of the Mississippi River and is located just a few hours’ drive from Chicago IL, Des Moines IA, or Madison WI and 4 hour drive from St Louis MO or Rochester MN.
