We are a privately owned, two location small animal practice committed to clinical excellence and long-term development. We’re currently seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative, compassionate team.

Our Dual-Mentorship Model

- Leadership and Professional Development Mentoring
- Growth opportunities beyond medicine. Mentoring and coaching opportunities in areas including communication, team dynamics, conflict resolution, self-care, and burnout prevention

Required Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school
- Valid Pennsylvania veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment
- Passion for continuous learning and professional growth
