The Role
We are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our small animal team. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with mentorship available.
Responsibilities include:
Performing comprehensive physical exams and developing treatment plans
Diagnosing and managing a wide range of medical conditions
Performing routine soft-tissue surgery and dentistry
Interpreting diagnostic tests using in-house lab equipment and digital imaging
Providing clear client education on preventative care and treatment options
Maintaining accurate and thorough medical records
Collaborating closely with technicians and support staff to deliver high-quality care
Ideal Candidate:
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive, collaborative attitude
Experience or strong interest in orthopedic surgery is highly desirable
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $130,000–$160,000, based on experience and skill set

Requirements
DVM from an accredited veterinary school
Licensed in Montana or eligible for licensure
