Looking for a practice that lets you provide excellent care for your clients? We are NOT a corporately owned practice. We are a non-profit clinic that supports our animal shelter by providing great veterinary care to our community. 

Florida has so much to offer! First off, no state income tax. We have beautiful beaches, all the theme parks, NASA, state parks; all within a few hours’ drive. In St Petersburg we have a vibrant art scene, museums, multiple live theaters, and many venues for live music. We also have the greatest downtown ever. So many restaurants, bars, breweries, a farmer’s market, local festivals and so much more. 

 Our weather is great year-round, and you will not need snow tires here. You can canoe, kayak, and hike year-round.

 Our schools are rated A by the Florida Department of Education. There are housing options that put you near downtown, the beaches or Tampa. Tampa is an easy commute so you can catch flights internationally at the Tampa International Airport. You can also use our smaller airport that lies between St Petersburg and Clearwater.

Your schedule will be Monday through Friday. We operate from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

We use the Neo Idexx platform, and we have digital x-rays, on-site lab, dental x-ray, and laser.

 Your medical opinions are respected, and your voice matters.

We offer a competitive salary, paid health insurance, $1,000 per year CE funds, and paid professional liability insurance and licensing fees.

Requirements

We need a Florida licensed DVM with great time management skills, commitment to quality medical care and effective communication skills.
