All Paws Veterinary Center, serving Upper Marlboro and the surrounding areas, is seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join our compassionate and skilled team. Clinic Snapshot

• Practice type: GP
• Avg. daily patient volume: 20-30
• Support staff ratio: 2: 1
• Case mix: Wellness, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, urgent care, emergency care, advanced surgeries and grooming
• Technology & equipment: Radiology, travel ultrasound (comes into the hospital), in-house labs, dental radiology, digital rads, small surgery suite, will be getting a dental x-ray machine soon
• Team culture: Collaborative, mentorship-focused, friendly, and low-drama

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)
• Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
• Strong communication and client-education skills
• Interest in Surgery
