Core Responsibilities:

Perform physical exams, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry with attention to patient comfort and client understanding.
Develop treatment plans in collaboration with technicians and support staff.
Communicate clearly with clients about diagnoses, procedures, and follow-up care.
Utilize and contribute to our EMR system with complete, timely records.
Uphold Fear Free principles throughout every patient interaction.
Help maintain a positive, respectful, and drama-free workplace.
Contribute to team training, workflow improvement, and clinic growth.
