Description
For Veterinarians Who Want More Than “Just GP”
EastOver Vet is not a typical general practice—and we are not building a typical team.
We are an independently owned, small-animal hospital in Woodbine, Maryland, created with a clear mission: to deliver exceptional medicine, build a strong and supportive culture, and create meaningful, long-term career paths for veterinarians who want to grow and lead.
If you are a veterinarian who cares deeply about the quality of your medicine, values teamwork and accountability, and wants to be part of a practice intentionally operating at a higher level, this may be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.
Who We Are
EastOver Vet practices advanced general practice medicine—combining modern diagnostics, thoughtful case management, and strong client communication with the continuity and relationships that make primary care fulfilling.
Our hospital capabilities include:
- Evidence-based medicine with thorough diagnostics and case workups
- Modern anesthesia and multimodal pain-management protocols
- Comprehensive dentistry with full-mouth digital dental radiographs
- Advanced diagnostic imaging and internal medicine–focused workups in collaboration with mobile board-certified specialists, including an internist and cardiologist, utilizing ultrasound and endoscopy
- Advanced surgical instrumentation and in-hospital procedural capabilities, including vessel-sealing technology and modern soft tissue surgical equipment
- Comprehensive in-hospital diagnostics, including CBC, chemistry, urinalysis, and cytology
- Advanced soft tissue and orthopedic procedures in collaboration with board-certified surgeons
- We believe great medicine happens when veterinarians are supported, prepared, and empowered to do things the right way—not the rushed way.
