Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Veterinarian with at least two years of hands-on clinical experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident in general practice medicine, communicates effectively with clients and staff, and demonstrates a strong commitment to patient care. We offer a comprehensive mentoring program that will allow you to build your surgery skill set.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive physical examinations, diagnostics, and treatment planning
Provide medical and surgical care in accordance with best practices
Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients regarding diagnoses and treatment options
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Collaborate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff
Uphold practice standards, protocols, and ethical guidelines
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) from an accredited institution
Active (or eligible) state veterinary license
Preference includes two years of clinical veterinary experience
Proficiency in general medicine and routine surgical procedures
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving
