Madden Animal Hospital is a busy, privately owned practice (Est. 1989) that recently relocated to a brand-new, custom-built facility in April 2025. We are looking for an experienced and efficient Veterinarian to join our team.

THE FACILITY & MEDICINE
Modern Workspace: We are fully equipped with in-house IDEXX labs, digital radiography, ultrasound, and separate surgical/dental suites.
Efficient Support: We are a high-volume clinic, but we are well-staffed with experienced technicians who keep the flow moving so you can focus on patient care.
The Clients: We serve a loyal, multi-generational client base in an affluent community. Our clients trust us and are financially capable of pursuing the diagnostic workups you recommend.

We are located in one of the most desirable suburbs of Philadelphia.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary: Competitive Flat Salary ($150,000 – $180,000) based on experience.

Requirements
Education: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree.
Licensure: Pennsylvania State Veterinary License (active or eligible).
Experience: Minimum 3 years of clinical experience required. We are looking for a confident practitioner who is ready to hit the ground running.
Surgical Proficiency: Must be comfortable performing routine soft tissue surgeries and dentistry independently.
Workflow: Must be able to manage a full appointment column efficiently while maintaining high standards of care and client communication.
