Position Overview

Location
Cornerstone Veterinary Clinic is located in Lockport, New York. As a city on the Erie Canal, Lockport has 20 different park locations, and plenty of waterside activities to enjoy. We are a quick 30-minute drive to Niagara Falls or Buffalo where you can experience the city nightlife!
Practice Overview
Cornerstone Veterinary Clinic is an independently owned, small animal clinic. We are a fully serviced AAHA accredited clinic that offers high-quality medicine, dental and surgical procedures, and limited orthopedic surgeries. We are a tight-knit team that provides a warm and welcoming environment for our clients. Furthermore, we believe in transparency, inclusiveness, and the value of each one of our team members.
What You’ll Be Working On
Build and maintain client relationships
Diagnose, treat and manage a variety of small animal cases
Perform surgical and dental procedures
Maintain a high level of client communication and patient care
Guide and utilize exceptional support staff
Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork
Qualifications
Possess a DVM or equivalent degree
Be licensed or able to be licensed to practice in New York
Minimum of one year of experience, but new graduates encouraged to apply
Surgical experience required; ultrasound experience a plus!
Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for building relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
