We’re seeking a veterinarian who:
Holds a DVM/VMD (AVMA-accredited or equivalent) and is eligible for California licensure.
Loves surgery and takes pride in building clinical and technical excellence.
Has a growth mindset—eager to learn, mentor, and continuously improve.
Thrives in a team-oriented, family-like environment.
Values long-term relationships with clients and their pets.
Enjoys a diverse caseload—wellness, urgent, and complex cases.
Welcomes mentorship (new grads encouraged!) or enjoys mentoring others (experienced vets).
Compensation & Benefits: COMPETATIVE PROSAL, AMAZING SIGN ON BONUS!!
NEW GRADUATES: $140,000 with mentorship (~6 months tailored to your needs)
EXPERIENCED VETERINARIANS: $160,000 to 200,000 base salary with production bonus. Potential to make up to $300k!
