Washington Dog and Cat Hospital is seeking a Medical Director & Enthusiastic Veterinarian to lead the exciting re-opening of our long-standing practice in Los Angeles. This is a rare opportunity for a veterinarian who is passionate about leadership, management, and shaping the future of a neighborhood hospital that has proudly served the community for generations.
Founded in 1962, Washington Dog and Cat Hospital has provided compassionate, high-quality veterinary care to pets in the Downtown and Mid-City Los Angeles area for over six decades. After a brief closure, we are thrilled to reopen our doors—and we’re looking for the right leader to help us restore consistent, accessible care for our neighbors and their pets.
This role is ideal for a veterinarian who wants to put their stamp on a practice, build a strong medical culture, and deliver exceptional care while making a lasting impact in the Los Angeles metro area.
What We Offer:
$300K+ earning potential
Annual Base salary: $200,000–$225,000
Quarterly production bonuses (no deficit carryover between quarters)
Medical Director stipend: Starting at $10,000 annually, paid bi-weekly
Sign-on bonus, Retention & Relocation package up to $100,000
