Warwick Animal Hospital, a CareVet partner, is seeking an experienced Veterinarian to lead our practice as Medical Director. Our Medical Directors spend 90%+ of their time practicing medicine, allowing you to remain hands-on clinically while providing meaningful leadership to a collaborative, well-established team.
This position offers a six-figure base salary plus production, strong clinical and operational support, paid family leave, sign-on bonus packages, and additional CareVet benefits.

Job Summary
The Medical Director provides medical leadership for the hospital, supports and manages associate veterinarians, and ensures regulatory compliance related to the practice of veterinary medicine. This role is responsible for fostering a collaborative, team-oriented environment where exceptional patient care and outstanding client service are consistently delivered.
Working alongside two veterinarians, the Medical Director partners closely with the Hospital Manager to support the hospital’s financial performance and daily operations, under the guidance of CareVet leadership. Together, the Medical Director and Hospital Manager cultivate a supportive, positive, and growth-oriented team culture.
