Compensation & Benefits
- $125,000–$150,000 base salary + 23% production (no negative accrual)
- Potential for Ownership percentage or Profit Sharing
- Sign-on bonus & Relocation support
- 6 weeks PTO (30 days) + 6 paid holidays
- $1,500 CE stipend + 5 CE days
- Flexible 4-day schedule
