Our externship program offers veterinary students the chance to work alongside board-certified specialists in fields like Critical Care, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Ophthalmology, Avian & Exotics, and more. You’ll receive one-on-one mentorship while building critical clinical skills such as history taking, physical exams, diagnostic interpretation, treatment planning, anesthesia protocol, and end-of-life care discussions.
