Description

Examine animals and diagnose their health problems. Perform examinations, diagnostic, medical and surgical procedures on companion animals as needed. Medicate animals suffering from infections or illnesses. Prescribe medication. Treat and dress wounds. Set fractures. Test and vaccinate against diseases. Advise pet owners about general care, medical conditions, treatments, housing, animal feeding, animal behavior, and animal breeding. Provide preventative care to maintain animal health.
