Veterinarian – Urgent Care
Full-Time or Part-Time
Privately Owned | New Facility
Old Line Veterinary Urgent Care is a newly opened, privately owned veterinary urgent care hospital looking to add a compassionate, motivated Veterinarian to our growing team. Our hospital bridges the gap between general practice and emergency medicine, providing high-quality, efficient care in a fun, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
This is a great opportunity for veterinarians who enjoy variety, collaboration, and work-life balance, with mentorship available for those newer to urgent care or looking to expand their skills.
Schedule:
- Full-time or part-time positions available
- Some weekends required
- No overnight or on-call shifts
- Closed on all major US holidays
We are looking for someone that can:
- Provide urgent care services for small animals, including diagnostics, treatment, surgery (minor and/or major) and client communication
- Manage a diverse caseload with efficiency and compassion
- Manage multiple cases at a time
- Collaborate closely with a supportive medical and technical team
- Utilize in-house diagnostics and advanced equipment to deliver timely care
Our Facility Includes:
- In-house laboratory
- In-house pharmacy
- Digital radiography
- Digital medical records/charting
- On-site ultrasound
- Fully equipped surgical suite

What We’re Looking For
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Maryland
- Strong communication, teamwork skills
- Good bedside manor
- Interest or experience in urgent care medicine
- New graduates welcome - mentorship available

Requirements
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Maryland
- Full time or Part time available - some weekend work required
- Urgent care experience a plus but not required
