Long Island University Lewyt College of Veterinary Medicine (LIU-LCVM), the only Veterinary Medical School in the New York Metropolitan area and one of only five in the Northeast seeks a visionary and strategic leader for the position of Vice Dean for Academic Affairs. The Vice Dean of Academic Affairs serves as a senior academic leader, overseeing the academic programs, curriculum development, curriculum evaluation, and overall academic experience for students and faculty. This position reports directly to the Dean and works in collaboration with other senior leaders and faculty to ensure alignment with the College of Veterinary Medicine’s mission, vision, and strategic goals, and is responsible for enhancing the quality of the academic environment.
LIU has retained Isaacson, Miller, a national executive search firm, to assist in this recruitment. The target salary for this role is $175,000-250,000.
