About Animal Medical Hospital at Glenwood, Inc.
We are a four doctor, mixed animal practice located in central Maryland. Two of our doctors practice strictly small animal medicine, and two of our doctors practice both large and small animal medicine. Our large animals consist of 85% equine, 15% ruminants and occasional bovine. Our practice offers digital x-ray, ultrasound, full in house lab, and a great support staff (including a large animal technician). We recently moved into a new small animal hospital. Our equine patients include mostly pleasure and show horses, a few broodmares, minis, and hunter/jumpers. A practice vehicle is provided. We provide 24 hour emergency service to our large animal clients, so any interested mixed animal candidates must be willing to share after hour and weekend on-call 50/50 with our other large animal vet.
