We are looking for a FULL or PART time associate GP veterinarian for a small animal practice in Fairbanks Alaska. Practice offers good work life balance for all employees so you can explore nearby Denali, soak in Chena Hot Springs, or take that fishing trip.
NO ON CALL and veterinarians usually leave work at 5pm.
Modern equipment including Cornerstone software, dental X-ray, new ultrasound, digital X-ray, and in house Idexx lab equipment.
Veterinarians are given the opportunity and support to grow their interests and develop professionally. Great support staff utilizing LVTs creates our pleasant work environment.

Candidate must have graduated from accredited program with DVM or equivalent degree, must obtain a permanent Alaska license, have a USDA certification number and have the ability to write small animal health certificates in Alaska.

Golden Heart Veterinary Services is a three doctor practice in the beautiful state of Alaska. We provide quality veterinary care and surgery to many of the canines, felines and exotics in Fairbanks, Alaska. We have full Idexx lab, a beautiful new ultrasound machine, digital radiographs, dental radiographs, endoscope and a awesome team of doctors and support staff. Just this month we have expanded our facility to include a feline only clinic and additional exam rooms. After more then 20 years of being in business, we are still improving and excited about the new changes and growth in the veterinary field.
