East Holland Veterinary Clinic, in Holland Michigan, is seeking a part-to-full time veterinarian to join our 2.5 doctor practice that is supported by an excellent team of technicians and reception staff. Potential candidates should have great communication skills, work well with the other team members, and be dedicated to providing the highest level of care and medicine for our patients. We are primarily a small animal practice, but we also enjoy seeing reptiles and small mammals too.
In 2017, we proudly became an AAHA accredited facility with many state of the art tools such as a complete Idexx laboratory and DR radiology, fully stocked pharmacy, ultrasound, cold laser, and in house culture & sensitivity, brand new digital dental radiograph, and dental equipment. We also have separate canine and feline kennels, an isolation ward, and cages in the treatment area for hospitalized and surgery patients. Our practice strives to be very paper light.
Doctors are responsible for surgery, medicine appointments, and vaccine appointments. After hour emergencies are referred to local emergency facilities. Saturday morning and evening hours are split between the doctors. There is an allowance for continuing education, licensing, and journal memberships. Seeking further education on areas of special interest is encouraged. A candidate with an enthusiasm for exotics, dentistry, behavior, etc. will find support at EHVC.
