We are seeking a full-time small animal veterinarian to join our team in what we hope will be a long term relationship. Must be committed to high quality medicine and surgery and enjoy working in a team setting. We strive to educate our clients in the importance of routine health care. Included in our diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities are our complete in house laboratory, ultrasound and echo cardiogram, cutting and therapy lasers, digital whole body and dental radiography, and stem cell therapy. We have 6 certified veterinary technicians and 4 veterinary assistants, allowing our doctors to concentrate on examinations, diagnostics, and medical and surgical procedures.
Fear Free Certification: Our entire staff has been Fear Free Certified since spring of 2018. We have changed many of our hospital procedures to reduce our patients fear and anxiety when visiting our hospital. We have seen excellent results and our clients love Fear Free visits.
Rescue Work: We enjoy a large amount of canine rescue work. Many of these are reservation dogs that come from terrible environments, often presenting with multiple disease processes. It is very rewarding to help these animals recover and find forever homes.
Electronic Records: We are paper light with electronic records and computer stations in each of the exam rooms.
Clientele: We have great long-term clients that want and expect the best care for their pets.
Mentorship: We have a great track record of mentoring new grads and having them stay long term. We welcome senior students interested in our position to inquire about a 2 week internship at our practice.
