Compensation & Benefits
$110,000 - $140,000 (DOE) paid on 21% production – no negative accrual (production paid quarterly)
Medical insurance premium covered 100% for employees
3 weeks PTO (15 days)
No weekend shifts
$2,000 CE allowance + 4 CE days
