| Small animal veterinarian position available at Diamond Veterinary Hospital! We are an AAHA-certified, private, 8-doctor, combination small animal emergency and general practice located in Everett, Washington. We are open Mon-Sat 8am to 6pm as a general practice and 24/7 for emergencies. We are hoping to expand our general practice appointments on Sundays 8am- 6pm at some point in the future as well. Overall, we see a wide variety of cases both in our general practice and on emergency. We are well-equipped for you to diagnose and treat your patients! We have: a surgical laser; ultrasound; digital dental and regular radiographs; full complement of IDEXX in house lab equipment; regular autoclave and gas sterilization; ultrasonic dental scaler and high speed handpieces. Our practice management software and medical records are through Cornerstone. Our facility was remodeled less than 1 year ago and has 8 exam rooms, a large treatment area with 5 treatment tables, a "quiet room", a separate cat room, isolation facilities, separate radiography and ultrasound rooms, a dental suite, and a surgical suite. In general, our doctors either work general practice days or emergency. Two of our current associates work a combination of emergency and daytime practice. Depending on the interest of the candidate, we would be open to GP only, ER only, or a combination of both. Everett, WA is a port town located within easy driving distance to Seattle, National Forests, and mountains. Whether you prefer the city nightlife, boating around the bay, or a weekend camping trip, Everett provides easy access. Local activities include kiteboarding, crabbing, fishing, and a local minor league baseball team and a western hockey league team right here in Everett.
