I Rep Program Objectives 1. Provide veterinary students with an introduction to IDEXX and the veterinary diagnostic industry 2. Provide additional opportunity for veterinary students to develop medical and business knowledge which is complementary to university curriculum 3. Create an on-campus communication conduit for University students and IDEXX

I Rep Job Responsibilities
1.Serve as a conduit for information and requests between the University and IDEXX 2.Work with IDEXX Professional Services Veterinarian to develop on-campus educational events 3.Attend quarterly video conference I-Rep training sessions hosted by IDEXX Medical Outreach to learn more about the veterinary diagnostic industry and IDEXX innovation 4.Complete quarterly asynchronous, on-line IDEXX product training assignments on the IDEXX Learning Center (ILC). 5.At the end of her/his I-Rep term, I-Rep will assist Medical Outreach and Professional Service Vet to recruit a new student for the position.
Candidate Requirements 1.Candidate must be currently enrolled in her/his First or Second Year Veterinary Curriculum 2.Candidate must be in good academic standing 3.Candidate must be approved by the University Administration for this position 4.Candidate must be able to commit to a minimum of a 1-year term for the I-Rep program 5.Candidate may NOT hold a concurrent student representative position with a competitive diagnostic company & preference will be given to a student who does not hold a concurrent student representative position with another Veterinary company. 6.I-Rep is available to take on duties at the beginning of the calendar year.

Additional Salary Information: Compensation 1.The I-Rep will be provided an honorarium in the amount of $1000.00 for each calendar year of participation. This honorarium will be split into two payments: June of current year and December of current year.
