What we are looking for:
Full Time Veterinarian
Confidence in Small Animal General Practice Knowledge
Desire to excel in soft tissue surgery and dentistry

Our efficient non-appointment practice model stresses high quality medicine and surgery in our full-service facility. Associates experience varying levels of cases, from preventative care to emergency procedures. We offer the ability to perform advanced surgery (both soft tissue and orthopedic), endoscopy, ultrasound, chiropractic, acupuncture, physical rehab and laser surgery/therapy.
We offer flexible scheduling with rotating weekends. All employment agreements include a guaranteed base salary with a generous production-salary based commission program. Associates receive weekly and monthly custom reporting on production. Reports are discussed in regularly occurring meetings with Practice Manager to ensure success.

Continuing education is supported and highly encouraged. All associates receive stipends for continuing education to help further our value for best medicine. Our hospitals are equipped with modern veterinary tools and technology to aid in offering exceptional care to our patients.
Your daily duties while performing high quality veterinary medicine include:
Performing examinations with patients and clients, outlining treatment and diagnostics to clients and setting a treatment plan for support staff
Discussing estimates and treatment options with clients
Completing digital medical notes using IDEXX Cornerstone software
Explaining test results to clients in a personable approach and discussing all follow up care
Completing all daily callbacks
Communicating patient follow up with other veterinarians and technical staff in the practice
Providing leadership to staff by conducting yourself professionally and providing mentorship to incoming veterinary externs and new graduate staff.
