The Candidate:

BHPH is a rapidly growing practice in search of a caring, compassionate, and capable full-time or part time Associate Veterinarian to help us continue to refine and deliver a 21^st century client and patient care experience. Internship training is preferred, but would consider a new or recent graduate as we offer a mentoring environment to augment our doctors in their professional development. Our ideal candidate must be a positive team player, who exhibits excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail, in order to work efficiently alongside our doctors and squad of dedicated and passionate support staff. Even more, our new Associate is required to embrace our culture of providing our patrons concierge-level client service.

The Practice:

Our modern hospital is fully equipped with digital full-body and dental radiography, EKG, blood, and ultrasound machines, as well as in-house diagnostics and lab equipment (chemistry and blood analysis). We work and collaborate closely with a prominent nearby emergency/specialty hospital. Our veterinarians provide our clientele with after-hours telephone assistance to give them peace of mind if going to the emergency hospital is the best choice for their pet’s care.

Work, live and play close to the shores of the Long Island Sound. Less than forty miles northeast of New York City, Stamford, Connecticut is a welcoming, artsy and architecturally appealing place to reside, while offering big-city nightlife and social activities. The city contains many wealthy NYC-based entrepreneurs and their families, while housing four Fortune 500 companies, nine Fortune 1000 firms, as well as numerous divisions of large corporations. This distinction gives Stamford the largest financial district in the New York metropolitan area other than the Big Apple itself, and one of the largest concentrations of U.S. conglomerates.
