Medical Director of Emergency Services (MDoES) The Director of Emergency Services plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and evaluates standards of care, staffing, medical policies and procedures for our well-established, busy and growing 24/7 Emergency Service at Community Pet Hospital. S/he will work across all areas of the hospital to ensure effective communication, is an innate teacher and mentor and will orchestrate programs for the onboarding, mentoring and training of DVM new-hires. The MDoES will work closely with hospital leadership to develop department goals and objectives, will direct clinical and didactic activities, will work with practice leadership on budgets and strategies for continued growth. A successful candidate will thrive in and desire to cultivate an atmosphere of medical collaboration.
