I am looking for a Hospital Administrator who will allow me to do what I do best - practice veterinary medicine and surgery - while they oversee the business and staff concerns of my well-managed practice. If you value independence, are purpose-driven, and enjoy being surrounded by a self-motivated staff, this is your dream job. You set the rhythm and agenda of your 8 am to 5 pm workday. We will formally meet weekly to discuss the events of the past week and discuss plans for the future. The successful candidate must have a sense of humor, be flexible, and have thoughtful communication skills. I am looking for someone who enjoys working with people who share the collective mission of delivering excellent client services and patient care. This person will be the point person for all day-to-day functions of the practice. I am seeking someone who can successfully perform the following skills and responsibilities from the start: handle all hospital accounting and financial matters under the guidance of a certified public accountant, be a role model and leader to our well-established team, supervise and hire staff, be a client liaison, engage in community marketing efforts and philanthropy, oversee major purchases, and manage the practice's information technology.
