Maggie's Menagerie Veterinary Services has an immediate opening for one or two experienced veterinarians or motivated new graduates for a long term relationship with buy-in potential. We are a mixed animal practice focusing on dogs, cats, horses, and small ruminants. Our excellent equipment includes 2 digital ultrasound machines, fixed and portable DR radiograph systems, small animal and equine power dental equipment, one and 3 meter endoscopes, electrosurgery, patient monitors and therapeutic laser. The small animal hospital comprises exam rooms, a surgery suite, a treatment area and is fully computerized with a fully equipped laboratory where we can perform CBCs, chemistry, fibrinogen and clotting assays. Three fully equipped practice vehicles are available. Our doctors have over 50 years of collective experience and one is board certified in large animal internal medicine and in anesthesia and analgesia. Mentorship will be provided to the extent that the new associate requires and can tolerate. Our staff is motivated, dedicated and altogether amazing. We are located in Ila, Ga about 20 miles due north of Athens, home of the University of Georgia.
The new associate(s) will help to define their role in the practice based on their experience and interests. Equine reproduction has been a significant aspect of the practice and interest in this area is a definite plus.

Maggie's Menagerie Veterinary Services is an established 3.5 doctor mixed animal practice.. Our patients are about 63% small animal (dogs and cats), 31% horses and the remainder ruminants, but no exotics. Our practice philosophy is to provide excellent care while being fair to all involved parties. We have a family oriented practice with a professional, relaxed work atmosphere. Our staff could not be better. In order to provide the best care, we strive to provide excellent resources including three practice vehicles, two digital radiograph machines, three ultrasound machines, 1-meter and 3-meter endoscopes, small animal and equine power dental equipment, electrosurgery, therapeutic laser and a full laboratory. The small animal hospital has been expanded and remodeled to accommodate increased workload and capabilities. Our doctors have many years of experience with board certification and we believe in furthering our knowledge and education and mentoring new members of the practice.
