Located in Ames, Iowa, ISU invites applications for a part/full time, clinical-track or tenure-track faculty position in the Radiology section of the Lloyd Veterinary Medical Center (LVMC). You will also have the opportunity to actively participate in one-on-one training of veterinary interns, residents and students, as well as work alongside colleagues to provide the highest standard of veterinary care. The successful candidate will promote efficient delivery of multiple diagnostic imaging modalities in collaboration with the clinical services within the LVMC. The remaining effort may include development of a creative program of scholarship, didactic and laboratory teaching, academic service, and outreach activities. Individuals currently in residency training are encouraged to apply. · DVM or equivalent degree.
· Successful completion or active enrollment in an approved residency training program by the American College of Veterinary Radiology (ACVR) or the European College of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging (ECVDI) and eligibility to participate in the Board Examination process.
· State of Iowa Veterinary License on or before the first day of employment.
