Essential Responsibilities & Duties

• Examine and treat patients in an emergency and routine setting to assess general physical condition or illness and communicate findings to owners
• Follow hospital protocols and keep detailed records of all clients interactions and medical notes in veterinary software program
• Read and interpret lab results for patients and deliver information to clients either over the phone or in person
• Review recommended treatment plan with the client based on examination findings and diagnostic results
• Provide necessary care working with team members and continue to update and communicate with the client
