Birch Island Veterinary Center is a 12,000 square foot state of the art veterinary facility that is privately owned and operated. We are looking for a full time veterinary associate to join our team. Our lead Dr. is ABVP certified in canine and feline internal medicine and surgery and has mentored several graduates, many ending in ABVP diplomat status. One of our veterinarians does orthopedic surgery weekly at the practice.  We have a veterinarian on staff who does our ultrasounds regularly. An animal behaviorist is affiliated with our practice and does classes on site at our facility.  Our lab is fully equipped to do bile acids, cortisol, as well as cbc/electrolytes/chemistry/coag/IDEXX sedivue/IDEXX Stat Cytology in house. We work up many challenging medicine and surgery cases weekly.
