Quebec Highlands Animal Clinic is a two-doctor, small animal practice, seeking a third Full Time to Part Time Associate to join our wonderful team. We are in the suburban NE area of Highlands Ranch Colorado. With over 30 years of providing excellent veterinary medicine and client service, we are focused on continuing to provide for our wonderful clientele. We have excellent and friendly support staff with little turnover, who treat clients and each other with respect and caring.
Quebec Highlands Animal Clinic boasts state-of-the art equipment including digital dental x-rays, HD digital radiology, cold laser therapy, surgical CO2 laser, Idexx lab diagnostics, (including UA analyzer), cloud based EzyVet software, CVT staffing and technician assistants, plus no emergency or after hours shifts. We have access to specialist in Ultrasound, Orthopedic Surgery, Internal Medicine, Neurologists, and Cardiology. The facility has been recently renovated and maintains an excellent level of organization and cleanliness.
Compensation is competitive, using ProSal, with base salary dependent on experience. All Colorado licensed veterinarians will be considered. 2 years' experience with ability to perform dental and routine surgeries not required, but preferred. However, entry level applicants will be considered and given an excellent mentorship program. Requirements include Colorado State license, excellent communications skills, positive attitude, plus the desire to practice compassionate and effective medicine. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work well with our team to guide them through needed diagnostics, preventative care, and educating clients. We primarily see dogs and cats, but also see a small number of pocket pets. Knowledge of exotics is not required but is welcome. Our current available position is full or part time with the potential for an opportunity to buy-in with the right candidate. The candidate will be required to work 4-5 days per week for the full time position, or 1-2 days per week for the part time position, including some Saturdays. We are open 8-6 M-Th, 8-5:30 F, 8-Noon Sat.
