Associate needed for progressive 3 doctor practice in Delaware.  We are 85% dog and cat and 15% exotic animals.  We will train in exotic care if needed (in clinic and CE)  We like being a 3 doctor practice because we schedule so that there are almost always 2 doctors working at one time, so there is always a chance for a second opinion or help if needed.  We are very good with new graduates because we really believe that having the support of another doctor who wants to help train if needed and will be there is the key to becoming a good, confident doctor.  It is awful when a new graduate gets thrown into a position where they are the lone doctor most of the time or in a large practice where people want to do their shifts and get out and not be stuck having to train a new person.  We try to do as much in house as possible, including diagnostic and internal medicine, advance soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, dentistry, trigger point acupuncture and laser surgery with advance super pulse technology. 

We are located at the junction of Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania in the beautiful Mid-Atlantic area.  We are close to Delaware Beaches, Philadelphia, and Baltimore.  We have good emergency centers locally, so we do not have to see after hour and emergency appointments.    

Experience is always preferred, but we are very willing to support and train new graduates.  We pay for all licenses, AVMA, AVMA PLIT, health insurance, and continuing education.  We will provide a $3000 signing bonus to help with any moving expenses.  We look forward to meeting with you and helping you to become part of our family.
