Fairport Animal Hospital is looking for a full-time veterinarian to become a member of our three doctor team.  Our hospital is  located in the Village of  Fairport , an eastern suburb of Rochester, NY.  We emphasize client education and quality medicine for all pets including dogs, cats, avian and exotic pets.  We have been an AAHA Hospital since 1985 and are well equipped with both general and dental digital radiology, diagnostic ultrasound, surgical laser, in-house Idexx Lab, tonipen, microscope with digital camera, and paperless medical records.  

Any level of experience is encouraged to apply. The doctors and staff all work closely together to provide the best possible care for our patients and clients.  We offer a salary based on experience,  three weeks paid vacation, continuing education allowance including one paid week for CE.,   AVMA,  AAHA, state and local dues, NYS License and DEA Registration, AVMA Professional Liability Insurance, and medical insurance. with a contribution to an HSA Savings Account  We also have a 401-k plan with a 3% employer match after one year.

Fairport is a stop on the Erie Canal located in the finger lake region of New York State. The area is known for year round recreation, high quality education, and cultural activities for the entire family.
