Liberty Vet Pets

A private practice small Animal Veterinary Hospital and Home Visit Service established in 2010 in a beautiful part of Philadelphia PA. We do not limit time for the clients to speak with the Veterinarian. The relationship we have with the pets and their owners is sacred to us and our team. We are not a monster of a company; you will have direct contact with the person that makes decisions.  

We are dedicated to a supportive environment for our employees. 

This is done through continual education, a mentorship program for new graduates, a team spirit atmosphere, implementation of a schedule that allows for a work - life balance and generous benefits & compensation. Our staff is all hand-selected with unique positive and friendly approach to both patients and clientele. We typically have a 2- 4 staff to Dr. ratio.

Located in the city center the neighborhood is mostly residential, but it does offer a variety of restaurants, historic attractions, shops and farmer’s markets to meet the needs of residents and visitors. Its continually the backdrop for movies and shows, such as Trading Places, Sixth Sense and other M Night Shyamalan productions. 

Who we are looking for:

We are hiring two full or part time Licensed Veterinarians to join our team. 

Tools you will have:

Practice features include: Ultrasound, Laser Therapy, Full Surgical Services, CR full body X-Ray, Digital Dental X-Ray, Full On-Site Integrated Lab and much more. We maintain a 2-4 / 1 Support Team per Veterinarian Ratio.

Duties may include:

• Range of Soft Tissue Surgeries / Surgical Preparation and Feline Declaw
• Vaccinations / Preventive Care / Client Education
• General Health Wellness Checks
• Spay and Neutering of Cats and Dogs
• Urgent Care
• Non – Life Threatening Emergencies

Benefits include:

• $25,000.00 Sign-on bonus with a 2-year contract. Bonus will be distributed quarterly over the first year of employment

• For new graduates, compensation will be $125.000.00 during six-month training period. After the six-month training period, salary will increase to $135,000.00. Compensation is based on a two-year contract.
