Southern Hills Animal Hospital was established over 35 years ago in Shreveport, Louisiana by Dr. Steven Everson and Dr. Milton Williams - and continues to be owned and operated by Dr. Brad Everson.  It is a 4 doctor, full service veterinary hospital with a growing clientele and practice. We have a great hospital with an incredible support team committed to our mission, to provide individualized veterinary care to enhance the human-animal bond. 

We are seeking to fill a Full-Time Associate Veterinary position for our ever growing hospital.  Our search is for a dedicated professional that has an interest in growth with their field of practice.  Southern Hills Animal Hospital is encouraged by eager doctors looking to enhance their education and bringing that knowledge to the practice of medicine.  Veterinarian must be passionate about practicing high-quality veterinary medicine and providing the best possible care for their patients.  We pride ourselves in working together to give our patients the absolute best treatment we can.  Mentorship and team approach to managing our cases is paramount.   Our collaborative group is open to mentoring a new graduate or sharing medical experience with an experienced veterinarian.  Our team of doctors possess over 60 years of medical experience. 

We are a full animal hospital that offers a complete range of small animal services, including but not limited to: advanced dental care, surgery, ultrasound, laser therapy, digital radiology, full in-house laboratory, and routine preventative care.

About You

• Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine/MD degree from accredited Veterinary School
• Currently or eligible to be licensed in the state of LA
