Walton Way Veterinary Clinic is a growing and progressive small animal practice located in Augusta, GA and is currently looking to expand our team with the addition of a full time practice manager.
We are a privately owned practice that has been serving the Augusta GA area for over 4 decades. We strive to provide the highest quality standard of care available and pride ourselves in outstanding client compassion. We provide many services including comprehensive preventative care, diagnostics, medical, surgical, dental and specialty services, retail sales, computer based records and much more.
The purpose of this position is to provide a variety of analytical, supervisory, advisory, and organizational functions in support of the practice.
This position will oversee the administrative and client service aspect of our clinic and provide leadership and supervision of our client care receptionists. Duties will include operational planning, human resource staffing and training, marketing, maintaining and stocking inventory, safety and regulatory compliance. The fundamental responsibility of the manager is to effectively use all available resources to provide to provide outstanding client and patient service, encourage team building and ensure continued efficiency and profitability of the hospital.

Candidates MUST have basic veterinary knowledge, excellent client communication skills, exceptional work ethic with a team focus, and high level of compassion for our patients. Strong positive communication and leadership skills are essential. CVPM or prior veterinary management experience and exceptional customer service reception skills ideal, as some reception duties and training will be required.
