We are looking for an experienced Medical Director to join our growing team!

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a great sense of humor about life – that’s what will help you thrive in our culture.

You are a leader who enjoys a challenge and you have a desire to learn and grow personally and professionally.

If you’re the ideal candidate, you’ll:

Have earned a DVM or equivalent degree

Clinical experience with a full range of general practice skills (medicine, dentistry, surgery)

Previous leadership experience preferred

Passionate about veterinary medicine

Be fulfilled by helping others

Thrive in team-oriented environments

Enjoy the ability to fully work-up and treat a broad range of challenging cases

Job requirements

Conduct weekly meetings with Practice Manager, to review reports, discuss state of hospital and growth plans, prep for team meetings etc

Assist prepping for and leading monthly Team Meetings

Assist in prepping and leading Hospital Leadership meetings on monthly basis, at minimum

Address medical/DVM concerns as they arise - ensuring this is handled in a timely fashion
