Who we are: 

Kaua’i North Shore Animal Clinic is a privately owned, mixed animal practice situated on the North Shore of Kauai. Our practice is new (2019) located in a historic Hawaiian stone building filled with natural light and charm. It is equipped with in house IDEXX laboratory (including digital cytology w 2 hour turnaround time), digital x-ray, ultrasound, sevoflurane anesthesia, Cardell patient monitoring with capnography, computerized records, iPads, and Smartflow. In addition we have a fully equipped mobile unit for large animal ambulatory work. We pride ourselves on providing high quality progressive medicine, focusing on the workup of cases and preventative medicine. We have embraced curbside medicine which has allowed us to fine tune our efficiency and accommodate sick patients for same day exams. Our team laughs, works hard, and is efficient and organized. 

What we’re looking for: 

Our ideal candidate loves being a veterinarian!  They enthusiastically tackle their cases head on and work them up in a comprehensive manner.  They believe in the value of the medicine they provide and feel comfortable communicating that value to clients.  We are looking for someone who practices small animal medicine and surgery, focusing on diagnostics and comprehensive treatment plans.  Interest in avian, exotics, and orthopedics is a plus!

Our hospital is located on Kauai’s desirable North Shore. Situated in the Pacific Ocean we enjoy a warm, year round climate.
