We are Employee Owned (will never be corporate) and are looking for Emergency, Urgent Care and Primary Care Veterinarians as well as Veterinary Specialists.

Veterinarians will be scheduled for 24 to 30 hours per week (more if desired) depending on what they need in their life to be happy and successful. We believe in consistent long-term schedules that allow for doctors to plan and live their life well.

1st Pet Veterinary Centers is an employee owned company with 24 hour Emergency, Urgent Care, Specialty and Primary Care services with 3 veterinary hospitals in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. We are employee owned through an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan).
